Dr. Paul S. Bierman, MD

Dr. Bierman is one of my favorite doctors. He is thorough, kind and easy to talk with over my issues. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I would totally recommend him to anyone needing a GI doctor.

You take my insurance (per provider) and show that you are taking new patients. I have called 2 days in a row. I know doctors can be busy, but just do not know if you are not interested in new patients or you just have a staff that is not interested. Someone has a complete minute to call back and make an appointment.

I had a health scare and was informed to see a g.I. doctor. So I'm searching around found him. We talked about my issue and asked could he pray for me. He said a prayer and assured me he was going to do whatever it takes to heal me. By the grace of god he was there until no systems should on test work. Its been over 10yrs but I still think about him praying for often. Thank you Dr.Paul S Beirman

I had a great experience with Dr. Bierman. He is professional friendly and easy to talk to. I had no clue what was going on to me and by the time he ran the test based on the information that I had given he was able to inform me of the condition and begin treatment.

One of the best doctors I've ever had. He made me feel sooooo comfortable with something I find very uncomfortable. I typically prefer female doctors. I find many male docs to be condescending. Not him! His staff is super friendly. They have great bedside manner!! I totally recommend him. Can't understand why there are negative reviews.

Worst experience I have ever had with a Dr. I am 46 years old so I have seen several Doctors throughout my years.

I am currently looking for a different GI as it is hard to get in if I just need to talk about a problem and not coming in for a procedure.. My primary care doc gave me the name of this DrBierman. However, after seeing all the negative reviews I will stay with my GI at gastro one who is always very professional and talks to me before and after any procedure. And the staff is very friendly appointed to hear so manyand professional . The wait time for a procedure is 30-45 minutes. No one has ever been rude.. But will admit I liked it better as memphis gastro- now they've merged with gastro one. And am rather shocked to learn of so many negative reviews about this doc and the incompetent, and rude staff. When you put your trust (and money) in the hands of a doctor you expect to be helped. I only hope docs read their reviews so they know where to improve ad to talk to the staff about improvents if need be.

From the very first time I called the office, the rude and unhelpful secretary misscheduled my appointment. So I showed up at my alleged appointment time and was told all I could do was schedule a new one the next week. So I finally see the doctor the next week for about four minutes after having waiting for 30+. I was them scheduled for a colonoscopy may 15th. Again, I was treated poorly and waited an exorbitant amount of time in pretty extreme discomfort having just prepped for the exam. So when I went to my $50 follow up appointment, I was for the fourth time treated with no urgency or care, thrust into three different waiting rooms over a fifty minute period, and sent home with no word or sight from the doctor himself. These people are not professional. At all. The doctor won't even make time for his patients, they're a money making practice lacking any and all courtesy.

I was seeing Dr. Bierman for about two years for GI issues. Most times I felt like he was doing other things instead of being attentive to my issues. He actually took a personal call on his cell phone from his wife while I was sitting there talking to him. He never actually took time to explain what my issues were or what could be causing them. He just scheduled an Endoscopy and sent the nurse back in. After the Endoscopy, I never heard from him as to what was found or not found and what my next steps were. After learning that others experienced similar issues with him, I found another GI Specialist
