To all, I am 56 y.o. and for ~18 years Dr. Bristol has been my general practitioner. He told me that any patients that did not join MDVIP would have to get another doctor. Joined MDVIP, gave blood for analysis at the Cleveland Lab. ~2 weeks later I saw my dermatologist in the A.M., then went in the P.M. to hear results from Cleveland Lab. Dr. Bristol's nurse checked my heart rate, then said she had never seen a heart rate so high. She got a different monitor, but the result was my heart rate through the roof. Dr. Bristol then did an EKG on me and confirmed that my heart rate was: * not in sinus (normal) rhythm * in Atrial fibrillation (Abnormal) rhythm Dr .Bristol PREVENTED ME FROM HAVING A STROKE by sending the EKG results and myself to St. David's Heart & Vascular for the next 2 nights. I've seen Dr. Bristol for almost 10 years, and have been grateful for the experience of having him as my primary care physician for that time. He and his staff are all wonderful, caring and efficient. Dr. Britol, in particular, is a very special physician as well as a very caring and compassionate human being. He spends time to show his interest in not only your physical being, but your mental and emotional being as well. I've recommended Dr. Bristol to many friends and colleagues with the utmost confidence they'd receive the same excellent level of care I have. I love Dr. Bristol and Team!

Today was my 2nd visit to this office. I met with dr Bristol's PA on my 1st visit. She was very knowledgeable. Today I got to meet with Dr Bristol. He is fantastic! He didn't rush thru the exam and he took time to explain my condition. Being new to the Austin area, I feel confidant that I found the perfect doctor. What a relief! I would recommend Dr Bristol to my friends & family.

I think Dr. Bristol is fantastic. But if I need an appointment and get sent to teh nurse's voice mail, I do not get a return call. Very disappointing.

Dr. Bristol has been my Doctor for over 25 yrs. I hope he doesnt retire anytime soon. We and other patients will be soo sad. He is one of the best Doctors ever around. He really cares. Best to him and all he does for us.
