Dr Paul was my doctor a long time ago , when he and Maria and their children resided in Olean,New York.Very dedicated and caring as well as through.Best Ob,Gyn doctor Olean ever had.

During my pregnancy I chose my OB very carefully. I was high risk and it had been 10 years since my first child. When my doctor told me in my last month of pregnancy that she had an injury and was going to be leaving the practice I was devastated! I knew I wouldn't have the time to get to know someone again and didn't have the time to research and find a new doctor. My C-Section was already scheduled. I did some digging and asking around and QB was my pick. Then I learned he was leaving Oregon to move back to New York and wasn't taking any new patients. H was scheduled to leave a week after my section. So.... I begged.... and the office staff asked him if he'd take me anyway... he said yes. Only saw him a total of three times and he left better memories in my mind than the first doctor. Very nervous about the surgery and being high risk. His bed site manner was phenomenal. He came in with a smile on I could hear it in his voice. He talked with everyone the whole time. He was… fantastic!!! I only wish he was still in Oregon!

without a doubt i have never been treated with such care. dr burcher is compassionate and caring. he always takes time to fully explain everytime and takes my views and opinions into consideration.

I was a patient of Dr. QB's 16 and 12 years ago. He missed my first birth due to being out of town, but made it to the next one! His professionalism, kindness, knowledge, expertise in the field of high risk births were everything I needed to set my fears aside. His gentle demeanor injected with humor made two births with 3 children ones I will remember forever.

Dr. QB has been my OB for two of my children. His bedside manner is kind, caring, thoughtful and completely individualized. I would absolutely agree with the other reviewer that I trust his judgment.

I was recommended to Dr. Q-B, as he is called, by my doula, and based on that, I made an appointment even though I was leaning towards using a midwife or birthing center. After meeting Dr. Q-B, I really had to reconsider. He's one of the nicest, most genuine doctors I've met. He is extremely caring and personable, putting one immediately at ease. He answers questions without "dumbing" things down (which I hate) or being the least bit defensive. He was smart and informative, and my favorite thing about him is that he approaches medicine in a very individualized fashion, looking at the patient's needs and goals instead of just following "standard guidelines." I found him extremely thoughtful and sensitive. He is one of the rare doctors whose judgment I would immediately trust. I would definitely rate him as the best OB-GYN I've seen.
