They're nice enough here. But they biopsied a different mole than they initially told me they would biospy, and then denied it when I raised the issue with them. I have no recourse because they're swearing up and down their own notes (which of course I can't see) are correct. There was a serious miscommunication somewhere along the lines of this process and they refuse to take any responsibility for the fact that I was absolutely shocked to see where the bandage was after my procedure. They messed up - either in the biopsy itself or in their communication with me - and I have no way of knowing which it is because they will not own it. So I wasted time and money, and now need to see another derm because I have concerns about the lesion I was led to believe would be removed, but wasn't. Also, I've waited an hour to be seen almost every time I've ever been there. Was also told not to come back for yearly skin checks, and to only come back when i notice something "off." Will absolutely… never go back here. I'm furious.

I went to Dr Paul Curtis for a few years after I was diagnose with having a form of basil skin cancer. I stop going to him a little while back because he was charging me 3-4 hundred a visit and I didn't feel he was really treating me just billing me for a "surgery". Which was nothing more then hitting spots on my skin with liquid nitrogen. Now the reason I'am writing this review is because I had a growth near my eye that I had when I went to him and he never treated it and last week I found it was a basil cell cancer. So my gut feeling on him was right.

Dr. Curtis, along with his staff, was able to answer any and all questions I had regarding my condition.

Great doctor and staff is very helpful

I had two moles that concerned me. The doctor said the first didn't look like anything to him but agreed to biopsy it. It was Melanoma. The second he thought did look concerning, it was removed by a plastic surgeon and cost me more than $3K out of pocket. It was a freckle, no melanoma.

All of my visits with Dr. Curtis have been stress-free and wonderful. As a doctor and hospital phobic, that's saying a lot. My wait time for each appointment has been about 5 minutes after check-in, and then I have been in the exam room only minutes before being seen by this doctor. I have 100% confidence in his expertise, assessments, and suggested treatments. He is a true professional. And his staff...warm, welcoming, and efficient.

Dr. Curtis has successfully treated my severe psoriasis that I had suffered with for years. His staff are so nice and helpful.

Told to show up at a certain time and waited close to an hour before being seen. Rushed in and out and did not care to inspect areas of concern. Very poor patient interaction.Just wants to get you in and out and have you come back for a procedure he could have done in 5 minutes so he can bill insurance company for another visit. Assistant very rude. WILL NEVER GO BACK!!
