Dr. Paul Francis Driscoll, MD

After being rear ended in 2015, I suffered from severe occipital headaches for 3 yrs. my primary care doctor wanted me to see a neurologist. This was in 2018. I made an appointment with dr. Driscoll. It took 5 months to get in. When the day came, I went to his office with all my records of what I had done, such as MRIs, epidural injections, meds etc. When he came in, he asked in an arrogant way, “why are you here, you’ve already have done everything I would do “. I told him my primary care doctor wanted me to see a neurologist, to see if there might be something else that could be done, like maybe different meds. I asked about a surgery that was being done for migraine headaches. He said he never heard of it and with that he left the room. I got no answers and no solutions. It is now May, 2019 and still suffer from headaches everyday. So, no I would not recommend him.

He's very nice, but doesn't show me the MRI like other neurologists do.

I am new to the area and was nervous about transferring my care to a new area. Dr Driscoll and staff were excellent!!! My conditions are complicated and they made me feel relaxed and welcome in their office. Dr Driscoll came highly recorded and I can understand why! I am looking forward to my continued care with Dr Driscoll and staff.

I had a tumor identifiable from the first mri provided to Dr. Driscoll. I was having mild seizures and explained this to him. He told me it was just stress and to "take it easy". Five years later, after suffering many traumatic events through that time, Dr. Driscoll referred me to Shands Medical Center. My tumor, which he never identified, had tripled in size. He was not professional enough or king enough to admit his inabilities, he didn't want anything to do with the liability from his misdiagnose (for the 5 years I had been seeing him) . This guy isn't qualified to take care of anyone--don't take the chance. I know how difficult neurologic problems are--don't take a chance and avoid this quack with all you can.

I treated with this neurologist for at least 16 years. The first 10 he was great. The last 6 not so much. I would not recommend him to anyone. He is working on autopilot.

Dr.Driscoll was a very informative Dr. He explain in laymens terms exactly what my CT Scan said so I could understand...He took a lot of worries away for me... He had a great and friendly staff also..Would highly recommend this Dr.
