Dr. Loeffler was worst doctor I've seen. Some people may see his cavalier attitude as uplifting, but I did not care for it. After seeing me 3 times and several tests, he simply passed me back to my primary care physician because he did not poses enough info ot refer me to the correct specialist, and he did not care to take the time to figure it out. His nic name of "lolipop" doctor sums it up.

Dr. Loeffler has been my ENT doctor for many, many years. He has always been professional, knowledgeable, attentive to my symptoms and answered all my questions. He has been very gentle and thorough in examining me. His recommendations for my symtoms helped me immensely. I still see him regularly for allergy shots which help make my life easier.

My wait was better than I expected. Everything went well and Dr. Paul was very professional and informative about my condition. I would reccomend him highly!

I had a parathyroidectomy in June. Dr. Loeffler has the best bedside manner I know of and spent lots of time with me and answered all of my questions. I would recommend him highly. My surgery was a success!Thank you, Dr. Loeffler

He might be competent but he is not a good doctor. In for a routine ear impaction. Have had this procedure at least 6-7 times in +20 years. Have never experienced pain. This was my 2nd visit in about 2 years. The first time the procedure was fine until the last moment when he hit a nerve in my ear and I experienced a sharp stabbing pain. At the time I believed this to be unintentional. This being my second visit there was no reason to believe there would be a problem. Once again, he hit the same nerve in my ear. I am not talking about discomfort but true excruciating pain.When I jumped off his table, the doctor actually had a smile on his face. Never offered any apologize his only response was "that (not defined) was not my intension".He then offered to let me kick him. "As some of my child patience do". The doctor inflicts excruciating pain offers no apology, becomes condescending and further insulting. Telling me what I need is a stool softener for my head.I have never had… any contact with this doctor outside his office. I don't believe I have ever said anything insulting about him or to him.
