Dr. McLendon is excellent. He is friendly, answers all questions, and explains things clearly. He did a shoulder replacement for me and did an excellent job. I highly recommend him.

I had years of pain and limited use of my arm. Dr. McLendon performed a shoulder replacement for me, and now most days I forget I ever had a problem with my shoulder. He is the best there is!

My mother was referred to Dr. McLendon after having suffered a fractured shoulder. Dr. McLendon performed a reverse shoulder joint replacement. Dr. McLendon explained in depth about the surgery, post op care and physical therapy. His bedside manner is impeccable and should be emulated by all practitioners. The post-op surgical pain was well managed and was not as excruciating one would anticipate. We followed all of Dr. McLendon’s directions and continue to follow his directions. If I could give Dr. McLendon 10 stars I would. His creditionals are outstanding and it shows in the meticulous care he gives his patients. Dr. McLendon’s nurse practioner was an added bonus. The people in the Williamsburg/Norfolk area are extremely fortunate to have such a talented surgeon available. If ever I need surgery on my shoulder then I am hopping on a plane to Williamsburg and going to the BEST of the BEST. Dr. McLendon, thank you from the daughter in the Orange State.
