Competent, efficient office staff. I was referred to Dr Phelps for ptosis by my opthamologist who did my cataract surgery. I would not hesitate to recommend him. He did an excellent job.

Had to have a stye removed and was very nervous. The procedure was quick and painless and Dr. Phelps was patient and explained everything. Never want to have a stye removed again, but if it it ever happens I would go back to Dr. Phelps.

I can’t say enough good praises of Dr. Phelps! From his office staff (Dream Team), to Dr. himself, to my revision he did….I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results!!! His staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable in any of the questions or concerns I had. Dr. Phelps did amazing work on my eyes, gave me my confidence back, and on top of that is just a truly great person. He listened, explained, and reassured me every step of the way. Thank you Dr. Phelps and the Dream Team!!!

Saw Dr. Phelps for a much needed consultation on facial reconstruction due to facial nerve damage. Can’t say enough about how appreciative I am for his kind care. Very professional medical practice

Dr. Phelps is clearly a talented surgeon and an expert in his field. He is surrounded by a knowledgeable and friendly staff. Your questions will be answered thoroughly and clearly. I had both upper and lower eyelids lifted. The results are amazing! My only regret is not having had this procedure done earlier in my life. Dr. Phelps is not only an excellent surgeon, but an artist as well. I recommend Dr. Phelps without any hesitation.

Dr. Phelps is clearly a talented surgeon and an expert in his field. He is surrounded by a knowledgeable and friendly staff. Your questions will be answered thoroughly and clearly. Dr Phelps and his staff went above and beyond to make sure my mother was comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Phelps came in for her consult, sat down and chatted with us as if we were family members. It wasn’t the stuffy doctor encounter we’ve experienced elsewhere. We never felt rushed or pressured, he made my mom feel comfortable in asking any questions and as many questions. It was an easy and smooth process while feeling very welcomed. 10 stars all the way!
