Dr. Paul Frazer Rockley, MD

Dr. Rockley is rude and arrogant. It's like he can't be bothered to treat you or listen and answer any questions about your condition. He actually said to me "What are you looking for? PERFECTION? about a skin problem on my back. He dismissed all my concerns.He wouldn't even tell me what the diagnosis was, even with me asking 3 times in a row. His assistant or nurse was also rude in telling me that since I had been given a paper prescription, I couldn't get it sent to the pharmacy electronically. She was so strange asking me questions like "Do you know him? (meaning Dr.Rockley) and arguing with me about me having to go to the pharmacy with the paper prescription and then either wait or go back later again when I have no transportation creating for me a hardship which I shouldn't even had to explain. Finally, after the interrogation about if I know the doctor and where and how do I know him was over, she wouldn't stop speaking over me, so she was actually stopping me and interrupting… me asking where the pharmacy location was at the same time I was trying to give it to her. lol. Beware this place-they're just too weird.I wouldn't let Dr. Rockley put a bandaid on me.

I went for a consultation for my 13 y.o. daughter and after waiting 50 minutes, the doctor came in for 5 minutes with a translator and did not want to speak to me in English. He did not make contact eye with me or ask my daughter, only spoke with his translator, which I do not need. The consultation was 5 minutes he left without saying bye and no instructions. I needed to ask the translator/assistant for instructions and when I sill was asking for doubts the doctor interrupt me talking to his assistant and ignoring me. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Also, I did not like the cleanness of the place. When we walk out the assitant ask if "all was good" and I responded that was not that was a very bad experience and axplained all the above. He did not offer to talk further.

Great actitud and finest medical care

STAY AWAY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR SKIN!!!! This "Doctor" was by the far the most unprofessional Doctor I have ever seen. I waited in his very smelly waiting room with 15 other people for over an hour while he only had 1 other person working there scrambling to help people. No nurses, no assistants.. one insurance lady. I was a new patient and was told in haste that they accept my insurance (a good PPO) and my visit would be covered. When I finally saw the Dr he looked at my issue quickly without even introducing himself or taking the time to talk to me about questions and concerns I had. 2 seconds after looking at my mole he grabbed a scalpel and told me to lay down and stood there as I took off my shirt and he basically forced me to have the mole removed as he stood there holding his scalpel and jar. After he removed my mole he wrote me a prescription for a dumb foot cream, again telling me it would be covered by my insurance, which later found out it was $700!! After all this I got a… bill from his office for $300, no usable prescription, a huge scar, and no call back about my biopsy results!!!

Dr Rockley is very professional. He doesnt spend a lot of time with you as he always in a hurry, but he knows what he's doing. Now, his front office is something else. I call in sometime to make an appointment, I ask: "do you have any appt tomorrow ". I get a no caring answer: No.. you would think the front office would suggest a day, but she doesn't care when i say, ok. She just hang up without offering a solution to my need.

The office isn't pretty, but the doctor knows his trade. I have had times when the wait was significant. However, making the appointment either first thing in the morning or as one of the last appointments of the day makes wait time minimal.

Be ready to wait at your appointment but the wait was worth it. I had a skin problem for years seen multiple doctors, and this doctor gave me exactly what I needed. No follow-up appointment was needed.

Went to see this doctor. His office is really run down. Super old equipment. His nurse is very nice, too bad I can't say the same about the doctor. Took care of one issue and referred us out for everything else. Prescribed medication not covered by insurance and when I called to get an alternate prescription I was to to just go to the specialist. He has no bed side manner and is really lazy. I'll never go there again.

The office is an oval shape, and they work it! You enter one door and go out the other line your in an assembly line. Your visit, if your lucky, takes about 10 min.!!! There's no eye contact and hardly any conversation.! I can't say he's a terrible doctor, but in the same breath I can't say he's really that good of a doctor either. I went to him 6 times trying to make up my mind on him and I had to say my mind is made up, I will not go back to him ð???
