Dr. Paul Dana Rottler, MD

I have been a pt for 20 (yes twenty) years. I had BA. I have seen him most regularly since for routine checks and have never had any problems nor have I been charged an additional cent. I read many of the 5 star reviews and am not sure how to expound on the glowing words I read. Know I am a 30 year ICU RN in teaching hospitals. In my experience with hundreds of MDs I've learned they mainly fall into 3 categories: those with great bedside manners, those with great skills and a very select few that have both. He is squarely in the both column. I have and continue to refer him to friends, family and coworkers and will always.

I have had several appointments where I received Botox each time. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I will return for future treatments

Dr. Rottler and staff, especially nurse Alecia, are amazing! I know many women who had breast surgeries with him and never heard 1 negative comment. I was not nervous about procedure at all, I knew I was in good hands. I did not handle anesthesia well so waking up from my 3 hour surgery was very rough. They spent so much time checking on me and making sure I felt well enough to leave, my post op took 3 hours for me to feel well. Had this been any other surgery at other surgery centers (I have had 2 other operations in my life) I would have been shoved out the door as soon as my eyes were open. I can not thank them enough for the wonderful care I received. Not to mention how happy I am with my results!

When you go to a doctor sometimes you just feel like a number. Well, in this case I wasn't I was treated like a patient. Dr. Rottler was very professional and kind and concern with what I expected or trying to achieve. His staff was very nice also. That was just my first visit.

I had a breast augmentation done by Dr. Rottler in May of 2015. I was extremely nervous and he and his staff made he feel so comfortable and prepared. Before surgery we had multiple meetings to discuss what I wanted, didn't want, possible situations in the OR and exactly what was going to happen after surgery (which I was very concerned about). The night before surgery Dr. Rottler and the anesthesiologist called me personally to talk, make sure I felt comfortable and answer any questions I had. The day of surgery I came in and everyone was so nice and willing to explain everything to me again, for the 18th time. The nurses did a great job of staying with me through the whole thing, the one who let me in the door and took my vitals, stood by me the entire surgery (I was told, obviously I didn't see this part because I was under general anesthesia) and until I came out of anesthesia and into my mothers car to head home. After the surgery I took pain medication for 3 days. After that is… was just tylenol for about a week more, less every day. I went to work full time 12 days after my surgery, but felt I could go back at about day 4 or 5. I am a nurse, so lifting and moving around heavy patients is something I do all day. If I worked in an office I would have been able to go back after 3 days. My breasts were pretty puffy and "high" for a while after surgery but every day they would get less swollen, softer and look more natural. Now I am 5 months out and they are absolutely beautiful. They look and feel natural. I have had no problems at all. I have met with Dr. Rottler 4 times since my surgery: the day after, 1 week after, 1 month after and 3 months after. He always reminds me that if at any time I felt uncomfortable or like something was wrong to call him, even if it was the middle of the night and he would see me. He even gave my mother and I his personal phone number. Another big thing I have not mentioned was the money. I got this procedure done two days after my college graduation. I had about $1000 saved up at the time of the procedure. They have a 6 month no interest payment plan that was the sole reason I could afford this. I worked 12 days after my surgery and was able to pay it all off within the next 4 months. All this being said, I highly recommend Dr. Rottler to anyone in the STL area who is thinking about having this procedure done. He was amazing! FYI- I am a 22 year old, 125 lbs and went from a 34A to a 34C, with silicone implants. Hope this helps!

He did a great job!!!! His office his very nice. I was super nervous about the surgery and they were all so comforting. I would highly recommend him!

All around great experience with the office staff, nurse and Dr. Rottler. All questions answered , not pushy with any other procedures other than the one I needed. Bedside manner 100%.

Dr. Rottler and his staff were AMAZING. They made me feel like their top priority and my results were phenomenal! I highly recommend Dr. Rottler.

His nurse injector Gina put massive doses of botox around my mouth (wasn't necessary) and I could barely speak for about 2 months. She also injected some between my brows, and 2-1/2 years later I still can't frown, which is a good thing, but if it hadn't turned out well I would be in big trouble!

I was really nervous when I called to make my consultation. It was very nice to talk with the patient coordinator who was happy to share her experiences with me. His entire staff was very nice and knowledgable. Recovery was quick and I look amazing. Anyone considering surgery should definetely choose Dr. Rottler!
