Dr Maack is GREAT !!!. His staff is very professional and nice. He has repaired my nose twice. Each time I was very pleased. I was very concerned about the second surgery. He was empathetic and assuring. He did a wonderful job. And..he always calls you back !! He has called me after hours to discuss pre surgery concerns. What a guy ! Seriously. He is nice, funny, easy to talk with, and excellent in his craft. Thanks Dr. Maack. You are the best.

Dr. Maack was informative and realistic about my surgery. He knew it would be challenging and gave me reasonable expectations. He did a great job as an old wearing surgeon and results were fantastic. He even called personally to check on me the night of my surgery.

I would highly recommend this surgery to anyone who really wants it. The worst part of the recovery was the contested feeling and also not being able to taste anything. The pain was not bad at all, only had to take one pain pill. I would do this surgery again if I had to.

I will age better able to see AND feel more like people will be able to see me better too! My eyes are able to see and smile with the rest of me, Now my tired heavy eyes can open more fully and people will not feel like I am too tired to care This has been a very positive experience. Dr Maack was so encouraging about the entire procedure, and he guided me personally thru the process. His staff was equally caring and all was managed professionally. I felt all was done with good medically sound methods as well. It is still surprising me that I did it and I am so happy that I have suggested my best friend that she could and should do this too!

From consultation to post-op I was extremely pleased with Dr. Maack's ability to understand my needs, desires and expectations. He was very helpful and considerate throughout the entire process. His team also provided exceptional support and service in regards to appointments, documentation, and answering questions. Dr. Maack helped me relieve any concerns I had with surgery and I cannot be more happy with the results and service provided.

The entire staff has been very professional and friendly. The atmosphere is spa-like and soothing. The doctor is wonderful. He has an excellent bedside manner, very professional, takes time to reassure the patient, and pays attention to detail. I am very pleased with the whole experience. They truly cater to their clientele/patients. I would definitely do it all over again. Thank you Synergi staff and Dr. Maack!

Dr. Maack was very helpful and nice! He did an awesome job stitching up a cut in my forehead. It looks better than I could have imagined!
