Dr. Paul Daljit Sarkaria, MD

I saw Dr. Sarkaria based on decent reviews I had heard from other health professionals. Given the stress involved about my health, I was looking forward to finding a cardio specialist with a good bedside manner and care. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Sarkaria only rated "lukewarm". As I gave my history, he seemed very impatient and waving me on to get to the point. Well, I wasn't about to do that given I am paying a pretty penny to see him, and I want to make sure he knows my history before I entrust my care to him. This was not a good start. Needless to say, I was not happy with my experience with this Doctor. Moved on.

I would not recommend this doctor or visit him again. He was arrogant and failed to demonstrate any positive bedside banner ." His staff seemed fine , but they were almost impossible to reach by phone directly. Out of a dozen phone calls to the office , all but two were by an answering machine.

overall im glad I changed cardio, the front desk is super friendly she sure knows how to make patients feel welcomed and loved. I went there for the first time not so long ago and had to follow up a month later, and I was surprised the receptionist remembered my name. I must say I never thought I would feel good to hear someone welcome me by my first name as Im walking through the door of a cardiologist. The doctor is super patient and friendly , he actually let me talk not like other doctors that wont even hear your concerns. The place is kept neat and clean and organized. while waiting for my name to call I didn't see one person leave the office without a smile. the whole staff is warming and prompt as well is the doctor. I recommend Dr.Sarkaria to every cardio patient in need of a professional opinion and care.

Dr. Sarkaria cares about the heart, but also the whole person. He is always willing to talk about life changes and constantly encouraging. He is thorough, calls back when I leave a message...rechecks meds...refers out to the BEST surgeons for any special needs.
