Dr. Paul Boyd Sparzak, DO

A CAT Scan Documented that I had an Ovarian Cyst, in the Emergency Room at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, here in Fayetteville NC. I was "Assigned" to a Dr. Paul Sparzak. Who used Generic Wording when he told me that I had "A possible Cancerous Mass in my belly, that my Appendix made grow." (It was a Fluid Filled Cyst, that is Medically Known to be a Benign Cyst!) After Dr. Sparzak did “not” give me "Informed Consent" about my true Medical Diagnosis, and that I had an Ovarian Cyst. Dr. Sparzak tried to talk me into allowing him to give me a Hysterectomy, by using the rehearsed sounding excuses “We always give woman your age a hysterectomy, when we do this kind of surgery.” - “You don’t need any of that, anyways!" and "I'm trying to protect you, from having another surgery." With Dr. Sparzak “refusing” to give me a "Medical Reason", for his wanting to remove my Uterus, Fallopian Tubes, and Ovaries, that in Dr. Sparzak’s complete lack of empathy - he used the word “that” to… describe! And after I had told Dr. Sparzak, that I was still having my monthly menstrual cycle, and “I Repeatedly and Adamantly Refused" to allow Dr. Sparzak to remove my Female Internal Organs, without a Medical Reason. (Other than, that is what he always does!) Dr. Paul Sparzak promised me, that he would NOT give me a Hysterectomy. As Dr. Sparzak instead Illegally Sterilized me, by Removing BOTH of my Ovaries and Fallopian Tubes at the "Same Time". Before the Lab showed that I had NO CANCER in either Ovary or Fallopian Tube! (Which is the equivalent to the removal of BOTH of a Man's Testicles for NO MEDICAL REASON. With ALL of it' Life Long Effects!) All while the “First” Surgical Consent Form allowed for the "Mass" (the fluid filled Cyst) to be removed - "If Cancer" was found. And another Second "Overriding" Surgical Consent Form (A nurse rewrote trying to protect me from Dr. Sparzak, telling me that she would shred the first.), only allowing for the "Mass" to be removed. With NO wording or Legal Permission being given - for the removal of either my Ovaries, Fallopian Tubes, or Appendix - which Dr. Sparzak had surgically removed from my body! Even AFTER Dr. Sparzak admitted to me - in front of my friend a nurse, and another witness that he what he did was wrong. Dr. Sparzak tried to Intimidate me into being quiet by sending me an email with links to Horrific Injuries/Infections and Write me an Unneeded Narcotic Prescription for 60 Percocet’s (Which I never filled), as his idea of Legal Compensation, for his act of Medical Malpractice! BEWARE! I don’t believe I am the only woman, that Dr. Sparzak has Medically Sterilized, and acted gleeful about his actions. As he charmingly laughed after surgery, when he told me, “You didn’t need any of that, anyways. Unless, you wanted to have another baby!”

Dr. Sparzak is extremely kind and has never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. He is very easy to talk to about intimate/personal issues.
