Dr. Paul Douglas Wheeler, MD

The Doctor explains things to me that no other doctor had told me before and made me understand more of why I was having problems.

I've found Dr. Wheeler to be knowledgeable, professional, and an excellent communicator. He spends enough time with patients, is calm & concerned.

When making an appointment, the scheduler told me that Dr. Wheeler was very gentle & kind. He is all that & more. I've found him to have an excellent bedside manner. More importantly he was able to prescribe a medicine that was much more effective and easier to use than a previous Dr. had recommended in the past. He explained the nature of my problem and the need for continuous treatment when continuing treatment had not been mentioned by a previous Dr. I appreciate his concern, his vast knowledge, & his communication skills.

Had an appointment with Dr. Wheeler for heavy bleeding. He did not put me at ease and only wanted to talk about hysterectomy. My primary care physician has sent me to him saying that Dr. Wheeler would have blood work and vaginal scans done. He was not going to do that. Would not go back.
