Great doctor! He really listens and takes his time in taking care of your child. I appreciate the fact that he is a father of three as well and understands first hand what parents are going through. My kids love going to see him and I value his expertise.

Dr. Whitlock is an excellent pediatrician. Love that he is a father as well.

My son was born 5 weeks early, and had problems with feeding. We highly suspected GERD, as he had all the signs of it. However, not only did dr Whitlock fail to look into this concern, he never even charted that we had mentioned it. Additionally, while most of his office staff were very courteous, there was one person who was outright called me a bad mother because I was again raising concerns about my son's gastric problems, and even hung up the phone when I politely refused to schedule another appointment with their office. Three appointments, three ridiculously long wait times, and rude staff that fail to communicate with parents and each other? I felt as if they just wanted people to make appointments so they could get paid, and resorted to shady practices, such as not recording major health concerns during well baby visits, to do it. Stay away.

I chose dr whitlock because my brother recommeded him to me.the third day after my daughter was born she was sent for a juandice test. the papers i was given to take to the lab had ordered a test for a 3 month old they poked my baby and took blood for no reason. mistakes happen I thought and did not get angry. at her 4 month old check up I sent my wife and father. my father was told I owed $181.71 and had to be paid that day or it was going to collections. He paid the bill. two weeks ago I received a bill for $181.43 I thought it was the bill my father paid the dates of service were the same as the bill for the $181.71 . Thursday I received a call from the office saying I have a past due balance and it had to be paid. I told them I cant pay without looking at my check book. I went home and wrote a check and mailed it friday morning. one week later my wife received a letter from a collection agency for the amount of $247. I looked at my online bank and bulloch pediatrics cashed the… check 5 days before the letter was sent. Today was my daughters 6 month check up visit at bulloch pediatric. This morning the temp outside was 18 degrees. our appointment was at 1015 am. I let my car warm up for 10 min before we left the house. It made us about 15 min late to our appointment. upon our arrival I dropped off my wife to go up and I can park the car. I got to the office and was told they will not see my daughter because they have a strict late policy and we were late. I would never recommend this doctor office to anyone. They made me feel that my 6 month old daughter was worthless and they didnt care at all about my daughter.
