Dr Bernstein is a knowledgeable committed physician. I am never rushed and always encouraged to ask questions.

The worst practice imaginable. I consulted Dr Bernstein about a myomectomy. At the time, I had very basic insurance coverage with Blue Cross. After Dr Bernstein denounced insurance companies as "crooks," and after I made an agreement to pay cash and not submit any paperwork to the insurance company, her front office assistant "Esther," an extremely rude woman, proudly reported that she had submitted all paperwork for insurance coverage. When I complained, she called me "a moron." This resulted in the insurance company canceling my coverage completely. Not once did Dr Bernstein apologize or take responsibility for her insulting employee. Now Dr Bernstein has changed her practice focus to the health management of menopausal women. This is particularly absurd, since Dr Berstein is hugely obese and has publicly promoted obesity as something healthy and completely acceptable. I believe she and her office staff are patently toxic, irresponsible and should be put out of business. Period.
