Dr. Paule Cecile Moureaux-Nery

Thorough and down-to-earth pediatrician. We trust her.

The entire experience of trying to get an appointment for my newly adopted child was horrible. It took over 3 weeks with me having to make constant calls to try and make an appointment 2 months in advance (they were recommended to me by a friend). The administration staff was rude. When I finally did bring my daughter in for her appointment, Dr. Moureaux had no sensitivity that she was newly adopted. When she used a tongue depressor to look at my daughters mouth, my daughter started to cry and the Dr. ran out of the room, leaving us alone. A nurse came in to finish us up. I assumed this is what I'll have to deal with in NYC, fortunately the most wonderful doctor was recommended to me, which I am happy to say was the most wonderful experience and who is now my daughters pediatrician. My recommendation is to run from Columbia Westside Pediatrics if anyone suggests this practice.
