***PLEASE READ***** I wish I could give this place / “Doctor” less than a star. First of all, her office if filled with all kinds of old toys it feels like you’re entering the kids section in Goodwill. Second, I was never told that there was going to be an intern present during my session and I was surprised to see her sitting there, I actually thought I was interrupting another session! This stranger heard all my conversation with Pauline, the “therapist”. Pauline seemed very tired and she made me feel like I ruined her day just by entering her office. It was obvious she was reading an article on her old computer and / or having a more interesting conversation with the intern. Her office is claustrophobic, I was having all kinds of terrible feelings like panic attacks. At some point I felt like she was making fun of my uncomfortable situation. If that wasn’t enough, when I finally had the chance to open up and talk, she felt asleep. She did that every time she asked me a… question. And of course, she repeated the same question again and again because she couldn’t care less about the answers. It made me feel stupid, like I was wasting her time. This office is a joke. Is even hard to find!! So shady and fishy. Where did this lady come from? The receptionist was eating food from Burger King on her desk when It was time for me to check out. It was a nightmare, I had to laugh and tell everyone about the sleepy therapist with the Lion King dusty plush toys. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT COME HERE. Spend your money wisely, download an app, talk to someone else. Anything is better than this clown. You deserve to be heard and you have the right of privacy. ??
