Dr. Paxton J Longwell, MD

Worst doctor I have ever been to. Has no care for patients and refuses to listen or communicate. I have called his office over 10 times, and he refuses to speak with me. Don't waste your money or your time.

No masks, no gloves, and no screening whatsoever. CDC warned that everyone should wear masks and gloves during the pandemic COVID-19. This entity doesn’t feel rules apply to it.

I have had a condition for almost four months with no one being able to diagnose my condition. He diagnosed me after checking me for less than five minutes. I hope he is correct cause I really thought I was slowly becoming paralyzed and no hope in sight.I am grateful that this dr could work me in his schedule very quickly.

His office is kept around 65-68 degrees, and he kept me waiting for 1 1/2 hours, in a half dressed condition, and when he finally showed up and I explained my dissatisfaction, he responded with a smirk and said "this is a doctor's office". When I asked him for one of the typical hospital blankets he said they don't have them. I saw absolutely no indication of any concern for the well being of his patients.

Dr Longwell is very gentle, kind and compassionate. He gives his undivided attention to his patients.

Dr. Paxton J Longwell is an excellent physician. He is a very caring doctor. He diagnoses the patient thoroughly and explains very well the medical steps to be taken.

I recently moved back to Texas after over 30 yrs in Alaska. Dr. Longwell listened well and due to the increased risk factors of my current MS medication put me on a med that has turned out to be as effective without side effects. Also his office helping me fight the insurance co and I was able to get in Free Drug Program till the end of the year so have time to get my records to show the insurance's choice of medication could cause problems with another disease I have. Will continue to see Dr. Longwell.

Dr Longwell misdiagnosed my father with dementia. After ONLY using mini mental evaluation as his diagnostics, he took my father off his usual medicine. Had he done a complete evaluation he would have seen the brain damage an MRI showed. Now, thanks to Dr Longwell, my father is delusional, psychotic, and my family is in crisis! Thanks Dr Longwell!

He is a very good doctor and listens to what you say. The other doctor thought I was lying even though I was already diagnosed when I was little but I didn't know the specific diagnose and he knew on point what it was. I looked it up on the internet and everything was right. He does spend a good amount of time with you making sure everything is laid out; ask if anything different , etc. I would recommend him to everyone
