Dr. Paymon Banafshe, DO

My Dr. is a very funnyman and a very good Dr.he has been there for me and my family and I appreciate him so much Thanks Dr B.

My visit to Dr. Banafshe's office went as well as a doctor's office visit can go. Although the wait time was over 20 minutes Dr. Banafshe was very professional and courteous. He has an attentive attitude and diagnosed my illness accurately. He didn't speak down to me or have an arrogant attitude, a problem that I had with my previous physician. All in all it was a pleasant experience. I hope you never need to visit the doctors office, but if you do I recommend Dr. Banafshe.

Dr. Banafshe listens well, is caring & kind. The problems that I have with him & his office I attribute to his lack of experience.I wish he was more proactive in discovering the cause of a problem rather than just dealing with the symptoms. Also on my wishlist would be a personal phone call when relaying test results so I can ask a question. The nurse who calls is uninformed & can't help.His staff just don't seem to want to work there. They interrupt patients mid-sentence, are short with patients & don't return calls. I needed to stop by the office so I called ahead but kept getting the "office is closed for lunch" msg. even though it had been over 3 hrs. Later that day, I stopped by but the door was locked & no one was in the office. I called the following day & the staff member lied about the office being closed for a two-hour lunch until I mentioned I was there & saw that the office was closed. I like Dr. Banafshe but the lack of control over the office staff, not being a… problem-solver & not calling about test results are deal-breakers.

Doesn't know about his patients medical problems or seem to care. Solves problems by "shotgun medicine," i.e. consulting every specialist in house.
