Dr. Pearline Butcher is a terrible doctor. She had my husband and I waiting for almost an hour and then one lady came into the office who didn't even have an appointment and she took her before us. We asked her secretary why did she do it and she lied right to our faces that she didn't. Dr. Butcher said in a nonchalant tone, "Oh we will never do that. We told her we had a scheduled appointment and my husband couldn't be late for work. She gave us the, "I dont care look." After about 10 more minutes of waiting it was clear that the doctor was seeing this lady. We decided to leave and schedule another appointment to give them the benefit of the doubt. Our second visit became more interesting. When my husband went to the bathroom while I was in the room waiting for the doctor to come in and see me he saw the doctor and her secretary gossiping and reading out of date magazines. So he told them that we have to go since he clearly saw that they were being unprofessional and wasting time.… Dr.Butcher got up and came into the room to finally see me.While in the room she was acting none caring and like she had an attitude. Dr. Butcher made me feel very uncomfortable. Then she tried to diagnose me with stuff I didn't have. She brought needles into the room and I asked her was she going to take blood work because I don't need it. She lied and said, "Oh no never. (Doctors get paid for the blood work) Then after wasting my time talking about nothing she told me to lie back so she can take blood work. I was seriously thinking she was an idiot and a bold face liar. She just said that she wasn't going to take blood work.Here is the kicker after handing me papers she steps out of the room for 15 minutes. Then I step out and ask her if she was finished. I find her sitting in the chair at the front desk eating yogurt and laughing and talking with her secretary.She didn't even tell me my diagnoses instead she handed me a paper with it scribbled down and referred me to another doctor. Her secretary is ghetto, she is very unprofessional and her office decor is absolutely ugly. I see why her office stays empty.If anyone refers you beware of Dr. Pearline Butcher and her ghetto office. You are nothing more than a dollar sign. Why pay for ghetto service when you can get professional service somewhere else? If you see any good reviews her secretary probably wrote them since they have nothing else to do.

Dr. Butcher is very knowledgeable about bio-identical hormone replacement and that's what I was looking for. She is the only doctor I found in my insurance network who uses hormone pellets (they last 3 months). This treatment has made a tremendous difference for me. At age 63 I was waking up with pain in my hips, had low energy, poor memory and concentration, trouble sleeping and had lost my enthusiasm for living. Dr. Butcher's lab tests showed I had extremely low hormone levels. Inside of one week on the hormone pellets, the pain was gone, I slept better, had more energy and started feeling more like my old self. She recommended reading material on hormone replacement and really listened to me. She also gave me hope that I don't have to spend the rest of my life on the sidelines, out of gas like so many. She might run late but that's because she actually takes time to talk with you. She knows her stuff and she cares. I recommend her to any woman who wants to get her groove back.

I selected Dr. Butcher for my immigration physical exam, from a list of approved physicians. I was informed that there was an appointment available immediately owing to a cancelation. The staff that greeted me were extremely polite, professional and efficient. My paperwork was processed smoothly and quickly. Once my paperwork was complete, I did not have to wait at all before seeing the doctor. Dr. Butcher has a wonderful energy. She made me feel instantly at ease for what can be a very nerve-wracking and invasive process. My appointment was on a Friday and by 8am Monday I was back in Dr. Butcher's office collecting my completed paperwork. A truly exceptional experience! Since only approved doctors can perform an immigration physical, it can be frustrating and disheartening to know you have no real choice over the doctor who examins you. I hope that this review helps you decide to choose Dr. Butcher.

Dr. Butcher is a fantastic dr! She is a very down to earth, experienced doctor who cares very much for her patients. My whole family (which consists of 8 siblings, extended relative and friend) are all patients of Dr.Butcher; we would not dream of trusting our health to anyone else!
