Have a knee problem. Neatly dressed and took the time to explain the situation and possible solutions. I chose a steroid shot to the knee. I had almost immediate relief. MWBR as therapy the next phase. I would recommend him to my family or others.

Dr. Blessey successfully performed my L knee replacement several years ago and I continue to see him for other ailments (R knee, shoulder, etc.) because he is a caring and extremely competent doctor. I have recommended him to friends.

For the last month my left knee was hurting and burning. Was hard to sit then stand up, along with trying to do any yard work. Dr Blessey listen to my problems and with the x-rays figured out I don’t need knee replacement now. Due to arthritis I had some fluid built up in knee. He recommended draining and the injection of medicine. Plus suggested I use a brace on my knee when doing activities. Today my knee is no longer burning feels 100% better Dr Blessey listen to me and answered my question in simple terms that I understood.

I hurt what I thought my shoulder but he examined me and said it’s my neck . This doctor is great even though I have a lot of pain he knew right away where it was coming from . Thank you all at Oschner

Dr. Blessey appeared to be a caring doctor. Sadly, I found out that this was not the case. After falling and injuring the knee he had done a procedure on his ONLY advise was to start "Cross Training"!!!! I was on a cane!!!!! The nurse was shocked that he did not do an MRI or x-rays to make sure the knee was not damaged. His bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired.
