Dr Eyvazzadeh is fabulous! He gives me his full attention and addresses all my questions. He is polite and professional. He treats me like an adult. I always have the sense that he has my best interests at heart. I would strongly recommend him to friends and family!

I got injured by having my dog pull me on harness and fell flat on the ground. A couple days later I saw my own p.c.p. Dr.L who had me have x-rays done right away . My doctor reviewed them and sent referral right away to Dr. L. I was able to get an appointment the following day. I was relieved that he was able to take me so soon. Staff was friendly , knowledgeable and his staff. Dr.L was very nice easy going person took the time for me to listen and had me do some more x-rays in office. He immediately showed and explained the shoulder results and he may have saved me from surgery . Provided to me a sling with detailed instructions and to follow up with him next week for more X-rays to see how things are going. Hopefully, with his direction and p.t. Services I should be ok . Very kind doctor and patient . I didn’t feel rushed and left with good information . I thank him and all his team . Dan Woods patient .

Dr. Eyvazzadeh is a wonderful, knowledgeable, caring, very professional doctor who should have his picture in the dictionary as the epitome what a great doctor should be! He really does take the time to listen and understand what his patients are trying to say as well as explaining his thoughts in terms the rest of us can understand! He is the best!

I was able to get an appointment right alway. I was greeted as I entered the office. Then brought me to the exam room. I answered all the nurses questions, and had a xray taken. The Dr came in spoke with me and took the time to explain what was going on with my hip. He took care of my problem and made sure I understood how important it would be have pt. Very thorough.

Dr. Eyvazzadeh is wonderful! Professional, caring and kind. He takes the time to explain everything answer all your questions show you your x-rays , explaining the healing process, not rushing at all. He truly cares. I would recommend him if you need surgery. I am truly grateful for his skills.
