Hi, my name is Bradley Clark. Way back in 1990 , you perform surgery on my right ankle. Both leg bones were broke along with bones in my foot. It was serious. For years I had pain and swelling in my foot. I gained weight from inactivity. My fault.. It wasn’t until a few years ago, from doctors advice, I lost weight, fought through the pain and became more active. At 50, I ran the 25 k river bank run and finish at 10 min mile avg. I’m still running and wanted to thank you for the remarkable work you did on my ankle. I never imagined being able to run, let alone distance running. Today at 53 I’m pain free and still running. 25 years ago I had severe back pain after playing a winter softball tournament. No mater what I did, or the treatments by my family doctor, the pain would return whenever I tried to be active. After months I was referred to Dr. Herkner. He talked to me about my condition, looked at my x-rays, and did a few physical tests. Within minutes he told me what my problem was, and how to treat it. He gave me options of surgery and physical therapy. I chose to try the therapy first. Within 3 weeks I was playing sports virtually pain free. To this day I use his recommendations to keep my back pain under control. I give him the highest possible recommendation.

I had hip surgery with Dr herkner 28 years ago after I hit a tree while riding a horse I was in the hospital for almost 3 weeks he was by far the nicest doctor I've ever had and so was his staff my surgery was very detailed I had 3 screws plus a plate strap in my right side hip as of today I have no problems with my hip at all I'm still very active and involved in sports this accident happened to me when I was 22 now 48 still no problems the reason I'm righting the review is because a friend of mine was going to get some surgery and I had recommended Dr herkner I hope the people he has help over the years r as satisfied as I am great doctor and thanks for making me well again
