Dr. Peter William Lachiewicz, DO

I came in to meet Dr. Lachiewicz when my OB recommended that I meet the other 2 doctors within the same practice. I had an appointment at 3pm and waited until 4pm to see Dr. Lachiewicz. Once he was in the room, he didn't even read my chart from my OB, and was questioning everything I had told the nurse previously. Why I changed practices late in my pregnancy, why I needed to be on an antidepressant, even to the point of questioning if I truly had an allergy to latex because I couldn't remember when I had been tested. So I was pretty much forced to take a blood sample to say I have a mild allergic reaction to latex. I had a hard time getting a word in edgewise and he pretty much just was pushing me out of the room without really showing any interest in my pregnancy. When he measured my fundal height, he measured me smaller than my OB has been, by almost 2 weeks. After being rushed through the appointment, I truly don't reccomend him to anyone. If he shows up in my delivery room while… I'm in labor, he will be kicked out and I will get a different OB during.

Dr. Lachiewicz make you feel comfortable lime you're a family member and makes sure that you completely understand everything that is discussed at your appointment. Plus he includes your spouse in on everything too so they are not left out. I was truly glad to have found Dr. Lachiewicz when I did...he delivered both my girls after going through three miscarriages, a tubal pregnancy and a false pregnancy. Thank you for your patience with us Dr. Lachiewicz and for everything since!!

Dr. Lachiewicz has been my gynecologist, well... since, I have had one. He Is truly a phenomenal doctor. He is very thorough, dedicated as well as down to earth! His bed side manner speaks volumes itself.He wouldn't tolerate anything less from his staff either.He has delivered my children and has provided me with outstading pre/post natal care. When he moved his practice I went without a gynecologist for a few years, then I became pregnant again, I found out where he went to and followed, although it was more than 30 miles away. I refused to settle for any thing less. My only fear is what I will do when he retires which I hope is many, many years from now!
