Dr. Peter Lund, MD

Dr. Lund did surgery on a fractured wrist that required a metal plate to fix. I felt he was very receptive to answer questions and assured me along the way. He was very thorough in monitoring the healing process. Would highly recommend for any hand related surgery.

Dr Lund himself was fine. Had surgery on hand to remove tumor. So far so good. Had to put in for fmla cause where I work you get occurrence for time off not matter what the circumstances are. That being said company faxes paperwork to be filled out, after 2 weeks she loses the paper work. Then she keeps telling me she has either faced already or she is fixing to. More lies. She had paper work Sept 17th was finally faxed on oct 28th. And I had to tell them I was picking them up myself (didnt know I could or would have already done it) She informed she already raced them ,called company back she had faced them 10 minutes after leaving voice mail. This is people's jobs she playing with.??????

Met Dr Lund last Wednesday, had surgery on Thursday. I feel like he saved me from a lifetime of pain by getting the infection from my hand, which came from my first wrist surgery. And no, Dr Lund didn’t do that surgery. He explained things, told me the pros and cons. I will and have recommended him to my friends. He’s very personable, good bedside manner and made me laugh.

Peter Lund is a disgrace to the medical profession. He does not fulfill the Hippocratic Oath of doing no harm & seeking to help bring healing to the patient. He is a pawn of insurance companies & I venture to guess is paid off by them to do & say what they want him to do & say, in order to keep them from having to be financially responsible for someone’s health. And to think someone else in the medical profession spoke so highly of him, saying he would be their first choice if they needed a hand specialist. I will be sure they know he is not who they think he is.

I saw him 6 years ago for severe shoulder pain. I had an MRI, which he said had a rotator cuff tear. I wasted money on physical therapy for 8 weeks, which I wasn’t able to do anything each time I went. He wanted to do rotator cuff surgery. I wasn’t comfortable and I did not have the surgery. I have been in nearly constant pain for 6 years now. I have gone to a shoulder specialist whom reviewed that MRI. He said My shoulder was so inflamed on the MRI with tendinitis bc of bone spurs. 3 week recovery and back to work as opposed to 3 months for rotator cuff surgery. ????????????????????

Dr.Lund made my hand worst, and it pain is so bad.

I visited Dr. Lund and he was able to diagnose my problem quickly and accurately. He recommended a procedure but didn't tell me that I had a timetable to get it done with him, or how much it would cost. I know that isn't his area but he didn't even refer me to his staff or someone who would know. Now I am being told I would have to see him again, and pay for an appointment again, before he would do the surgery. It has only been 6 months and there hasn't been any change in the problem. Also I was never followed up with. Seems like a revolving door where they want to get you in, get you out and get your money. I hate to say it that way but there was no touch of personal care.

Have been going to him for about 6 years

I am very happy with Dr.Lund I go tomorrow for some out patient surgery on my trigger finger
