Dr. Peter John Osterbauer, MD

His medical license has been suspended for the fourth time.

I have been seeing him for 6 years and have never had better care. He is compassionate and wonderful.

Dr. Osterbauer suffers from "I think I am better than you" syndrome. He wants to give you botox, act personable to your face, then ignore you if you have a problem. According to Medicare he WAY over charges. He wrote me a prescription on Friday, because I needed it, then took my script back on Monday. If I needed the meds on Friday, then I need them Monday. DO NOT SEE THIS DOC IF YOU HAVE COMPLICATED MIGRAINE! He flat just wants your money and does not want to do his job properly.

So unhappy with the clinic in general. Staff is rude and unprofessional. Seems they are just interested in collecting their exorbitant fees. Scheduling of diagnostic tests have been a nightmare. It took over 3 weeks and multiple calls just to get an MRI scheduled. When I asked to have it done somewhere else they said this was not possible, unbelievable! Office procedure with absolutely no follow up. Its to bad because the Dr. was good. I will never go back because of the reasons above. Honestly cant understand how they stay in business. Its unfortunate that because of insurance you are forced to go to a sub-standard facility. They have a corner on the market and they know it.

After 20 years of doctors getting wrong , Dr. Osterbauer figured my situations out in one visit. Life has never been better.

This Guy is a Gem he knows how to treat people and has a very good attitude.

STAFF ARE RUDE. THEY WERE MORE WORRIED ABOUT PAYMENT BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT THAN WHAT APPT WAS FOR. DON'T GO. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

It's unfortunate that most of the people that take time to write a review are either hypochondriacs or cranks. My wife suffers from a neuromuscular disease and has been to more doctors than I care to remember. This man has always been pleasant and professional. The office staff is only human and as capable as any to make a mistake now and then. They have always been pleasant and professional and our appointments have always been handled without inordinate delay. My wife and I have been impressed with the care she has received from Dr Osterbauer and his staff and would recommend him without any reservation.

First of all, I would not go back to this doctor ever again. I spent over an hour in the waiting room, just from the time my appointment was supposed to start, not to mention the 15 minutes they told me to show up early. Then, the receptionists asked me to pay them $520 and when I questioned it because I had insurance, they said, oh, let us check on that. Then they came back and said, "Oh we didn't have your insurance information correct." (They took a copy of the card the first time I went in and this was my second visit.) Had I paid, I am sure they would've said nothing and just accepted my overpayment with joy. Then when I finally got back to the patient room, it was another 30 minutes before Dr. Osterbauer came in and told me that there was nothing wrong with me and that sometimes, we just don't know what causes migraines. Now, keep in mind, that I had asked over the phone after my first appointment if I could get the results over the phone and they said to me, "No, it's quite… necessary that you come in so the doctor can explain the results of his findings to you." So when I paid $150 to spend less than 2 minutes with a doctor who is just going to tell me, "I don't know why you are having issues, you are just in pain," I am not going to be happy. Both my fiance and I were very shocked that this was what they deemed as a "necessary explanation." If you ask me, they were just money hungry."
