Dr. Peter James Rutti, MD

Dr. Peter Rutti is a board-certified ophthalmologist who has dedicated 56 years to providing comprehensive eye care to patients. He earned his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and completed his residency at University Hospital Health System. Throughout his extensive career, Dr. Rutti has developed deep expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of eye conditions. He is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing him to serve a diverse patient population.

Dr. Rutti practices at O'Connor Hospital and Carey Vision Medical Group in San Jose, California. His clinical focus includes treating glaucoma and open-angle glaucoma, as well as managing eye complications related to diabetes. He performs thorough eye exams, advanced retinal imaging, and comprehensive dilated eye examinations to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
