What an amazing doctor and person. You are treated with respect and kindness. He takes the time to explain your condition in terms that you can understand. He presents various treatment options along with the long term outcomes for each option. I never thought I would say this but I had so much fun during my surgery. I chose a local and was awake throughout. He showed me all the structures in my hand as he was explaining everything he was doing. Everyone, in the surgical suite, was so friendly and attentive. After the surgery was complete, he took his time explaining what to expect, how I will feel and what the next steps will be. I recommend him highly.

I Am a doctor Myself and got badly injured, Dr. Stein saved my left index finger. He provided excellent care and has an incredible bedside manner. Don’t even think about going anywhere else.

I had seen Dr. Stein in the past and think he is a good doctor. When the problem recurred, I booked an appointment. I took the day off from work. I arrived early, gave my information to someone who was very pleasant at the front desk. Ten minutes after the start time for my appointment I was informed that the doctor doesn't take my insurance any longer. I could keep the appointment for a fee of $250. I don't have that money available. I was offered another appointment with a different doctor, but would have had to come back another day. This would have necessitated another day off from work. If I had not shown up, I would possibly have been billed. Can I do the same for the waste of my time?

Dr Stein cared for my wrist injury. He took time with me and returned three separate phone calls on the same day!! ( What doctor does that!). My wrist healed perfectly and I have had no further issues with it. I hope never to need him again but if I hurt my hand or wrist I’d return in an instant!

Dr Peter Stein took wonderful care of my son. He fractured his finger and Dr Stein took all the time needed to answer all my questions and alleviated all of my fears. My son's finger healed so beautifully. Dr Stein's office staff are the best and they are very accommodating!!! Dr Stein is truly an excellent surgeon!!!

Dr. Stein performed carpal tunnel surgery on my hand. It was a snap! No pain. Full use of my hand and I was playing golf in 10days!!

Dr. Stein cared for my son's broken arm. He took the time to explain everything to me and to my very nervous 18 year old son. He explained both surgical and non surgical ways to treat it. We elected to have surgery. He was extremely compassionate and caring. My son did great. he has full use. Not only is Dr. Stein a very caring man but he is a very talented surgeon. He is the complete physician!!
