I saw Dr. Thomas for both carpel tunnel syndrome and trigger finger. After performing a series of diagnostic tests, he advised me that the trigger finger could be successfully treated with a cortisone shot. He was very informative, answered all my questions and I felt confident in his recommendations. I was so pleased with my visit and treatment, I made an appointment for my wife who also has some hand pain issues.

Dr. Thomas was outstanding. He immediately diagnosed my issue and provided a solution. I really appreciated that given that the emergency room PA gave me the wrong diagnosis and I’ve treating the wrong symptom for 3 weeks prior to my visit with Dr. Thomas.

Dr. Thomas is genuine, professional, meticulous and to the point. I had the pleasure of seeing his staff in Alexandria, who were courteous, professional and friendly, from the front desk back and the PT department. Before, during and after my surgery, these traits continued throughout. After months of pain, within a week after surgery, I was pain free. Incredible team!! I appreciate them all and highly recommend.

Dr. Peter Thomas, Md is one of the best (Arm/Hand/Shoulder) Ortho-Specialist, AND he is one of the best top surgeon in his field. Most or all Doctors are very intelligent, although Dr. Thomas is the brightest in his field. If what medical or health impairment you may have do NOT work through the traditional treatment with the average Doctor specialist, be confident and be assured that Dr. Thomas will go over and beyond to research your specific case or health issue/s to provide you with the best outcome to your situation. He is extremely patient, professional, diverse and understand diversity, compassionate, would not give-up on you, treats you like a family and top of all, he sincerely cares enough about you to the point of asking to see you on the same day if you may have any minor complications concerning your treatment with him! If there is more than 5 Starts to give Dr. P. Thomas, most definitely he earned it, period!
