Dr. Weissman has been my endocrinologist for over 15 years. He does tell it like it is but that is what is needed from a doctor. Don't go to him if you are going to tell stories about your diabetes or medication. He cant help you if you are not being honest with him. I have to admit that his staff of late has not been the best. They do not return calls. I mentioned this to Dr. Weissman and he took care of my case right away. Be honest with him, give him a chance to get to know your case and you will love him. He is busy because he knows his stuff!

I have been going to Doctor Weissman for 3 years now. I had been to several specialists prior to Doctor Weissman and thank God for him as no one had correctly diagnosed me until him.

Dr. Weissman handled my fathers care with the upmost care and exceptional professionalism. After my father's demise, I continue seeing Dr. Weissman for my treatment. I hightly recommend him and his staff. Katie is the best.

He never listens to you, has a gruff, who cares attitude. I hated this guy. I couldn't wait to find a new Dr. I was referred to him by a hospital, and will never take their advice again!I ran into two other patients of his at a focus group for diabetics. All three of us hated our doctor and then we realized we were all talking about the same guy!

I went to this JERK about 18 yrs. ago & he was so rude that I took my spouse along as a neutral observer to see if it was me creating a problem. When Dr. JERK spoke down to me, belittled my questions & was so rude, my spouse was angry that he Weissman could get away with abusive behavior.Now, I've need for an endocrinologist & his name came up but after reading recent reviews, it's clear Dr. JERK hasn't changed his spots. Do not waste your time, money and health with this man unless you are a masochist. He should be forced to retire & or work in a lab where no patient contact is allowed.
