Dr Yeh takes time to really listen & evaluate his patients. I went there for 1 thing but within the first visit he suspected a different culprit was to blame so he requested a new MRI. He was correct. Dr Yeh is a soft spoken, gentle Christen man. He has a great calling for what he does. I believe G- d has blessed him with skills far beyond your normal Nuerosurgeon.

I am a police officer and was injured when an intoxicated driver rear-ended my patrol car. Doctor Yeh and Dawn (his PA) did an 11 hour surgery to correct my neck and back. He was great. He even came in on a Sunday to check on me. He spent along time on all my visits explaining the damage the procedure to correct, and the recovery process. Highly recommend!

I was diagnosed with brain tumor about a month ago. The tumor was bigger than a tennis ball. Due the tumor size, I was urged to go through brain surgery immediately. My wife asked my family doctor and my neurologist for recommendations for a Neurosurgeon. To our surprises, they both strongly recommended Dr Peter Yeh. Since they gave the recommendation on separate sessions with us without knowing the other doctor’s recommendation, we right away felt that Dr Yeh is the right neurosurgeon for me. The surgery was done on the 3rd day after the tumor was identified. The surgery lasted more than six hours, with an artery stuck between the tumor and brain. At the end, the giant tumor was removed safely without any impact on my brain or artery. It was a very successful surgery. Dr Yeh proved himself that he is a top notch neurosurgeon. I strongly recommend Dr Yeh to anyone who is searching for a neurosurgeon.

Dr. Yeh is the best of the best neurosurgeons. I had surgery last Friday morning and left the hospital pain free two days later. Dr. Yeh is a world class expert but also shows incredible concern for his patients. He takes the time necessary to clearly explain all facts about surgical procedures in lay terms. Dr. Yeh has great bedside personality, communicates extremely well. As an educator in his field is super organized and shows sincere concern for patient care. He came to visit me on his day off for over an hour just to make sure I was comfortable and on track in recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Yeh for any and all neurosurgery needs.

My husband was an emergency situation unable to walk or stand on right leg. We went through the ER department & was told Coronavirus was more important that my husband would be sent home he was non emergency which was not the case. I demanded a neuro consult due to him in severe pain & unable to walk once Dr Yeh assessment of him was admitted right away & surgery performed. Next day my husband was up walking no pain in right leg discs had been replaced & Rods placed. What compassion & excellent care Dr Yeh had for him you don’t find in physicians any longer. He cares about his patient & making sure they are cared for properly & his bedside manner is very personable. I will recommend all my patient referrals be sent to him. My husband will vouch that the pain is gone & will trust in the future if surgery is required Dr Yeh will be the one to perform it. As for the lead ER doctor whom would’ve sent him out management for the Hospital need to find a more suitable lead than her. Thank You… & God Bless Dr Yeh....

Dr. Yeh was referred to me 3 years ago and was I surprised at how kind of a man he is. He did lower back surgery on me and it helped. Went to him yesterday, thinking I would probably need surgery again, but everything looked good and there was no reason for a procedure. I have peripheral Neuropathy and medication and exercise will help with discomfort. The point is, he is going to treat you honestly and kindly. He doesn’t rush you and my wife and I just enjoy visiting with him. Really need 6 stars for this Doctor! Highly recommend.

Dr Yeh took time to listen to me when none of the other doctors would. Not only did he listen to me he also solved the issue. I can’t compliment him enough. If it weren’t for him I would have been sent home without use of my leg being told it was all in my head. When in reality it was in my spine. Thank you Dr Yeh. Yeah

Dr. Yeh has performed 2 surgeries for me so far (C-spine 3 level disc replacement and lower spine laminectomy. He explains thoroughly, answers questions. His office staff is wonderful also. The surgeries were almost pain free and recovery time was easy and quick. Houston Methodist Hospital is a fine hospital.

Dr. Yeh has done two of my surgeries and I could not ask for a better doctor or staff. Everyone is courteous and caring and go above and beyond what you would get from any other doctor. I have recommended Dr. Yeh to everyone I know that is facing a spinal surgery.
