they cancelled my appointment 3x ,because he was sick. the girl told me that they may cancel my appointment again if the doctor will not be better because they do not know what he is sick with. She even said we cannot do anything about my pain because she is not a doctor,but could recommend tylenol or advil ,until she speaks with the doctor.So why call to reschedule my appointment if you do not know anything. I am in pain and need to be treated and all they have done is reschedule me because the doctor is sick and they do not know anything else.

the doctor was the best ,he recommended I try other treatments before surgery.Other doctors always tells me about surgery but not this doctor he cared about me and my health. Yanni was very nice she fixed all my forms and helped me . the other girls were friendly and helped me

I did not have to wait long to get an appointment , and was seen quit quickly. You do have paperwork to fill out but they mail it to me before my appointment. All the receptionist were excellent and friendly,the one with the red lipstick was not the friendliest. The office manager is friendly and helpful, I did have to wait a while to speak with her but that was because she always had someone in her office. She apologized for the long wait and helped me book my surgery,she explained everything to me and my daughter about the process. I called so many times and she always answered my calls and if she was not available the other staff helped me. Dr.Dzneis was the best ,friendly and compassionate.

I needed surgery last summer on my knee and the office manager was not kind and compassionate to me. She was nasty. When I complained to her be nicer to me because I needed kindness, she laughed at me saying she was just kidding. She never said she was sorry. The woman she replaced, Rosemary was better and more efficient. I am a 7 year patient and I do not want to go back until she loses her job.

He's a great surgeon he worked on my left shoulder and it's amazing no more pain have to go back again and work on my right shoulder

Operated on both my hips. Excellent results.

Outstanding at diagnosis . Spends much time with me allowing me do ask all questions. Repaired what other surgeons could not.Staff is caring and helpful. Rosemarie is super star. Remember they are dealing with people who are in pain.

The worst! For all his nice bedside manners, he was extremely unprofessional. Didn't get back to me about my problem, after after sent me to another specialist, who totally disagreed with him.. Dr. Dzenis had xrays done but no mri, which would have clearly shown my problem. He totally misdiagnosed me. Had I gone along with him, I would not have been helped at all but probably made worse. I found a great dr. who immediately ordered his own tests and is now treating me. For you own sake and peace of mind, do not use Dr. Dzenis!

Even though as a patient we can never know when a Dr. Receives MRI results, this Dr. nor his office will call YOU to discuss treatment plan. I've waited a week since my MRI and when calling the office I was told I needed to call next week when Dr. is in office to determine if "surgery" for a torn rotatorcuff is needed? Further more, the office staff claimed they had not received my test results. This is untrue as I had verified w the Radiologists my MRI report had been sent to Dr. Dzenis two days after the test. His staff was rude making me feel it was my fault for the Dr. not being in touch about a medical matter which may need immediate attention. Dr's or their staff should always call their patients in these situations since patients can never know when their Dr. will receive test results done outside their offices.

I found the doctor extremely knowledgable and patient with my needs He has a great bed side manor. His staff was extremely professional and kind. They made you feel like a family memeber. All of his staff were very polite and helpful, and friendly. There was a great deal of laughter and joy in the office. Even the other patients in the waiting room all seemed to be having a good experience.
