How do I get my medical records from Dr bannor now that he is no longer practicing in the country now??

My husband needed a doctor. He was seen on a short notice.

Do not go here!!!! It’s a pill mill. Which that may be what you’re after idk. But no matter how good of a patient you are, they tend to get you dependent on medications then up and close with no warning or give you post date scripts to like they’re supposed to do. They say oh well tough sh!t. Close for over 30 days at a time and make you withdraw and end up in a hospital almost dead. They don’t care. The doc stays in Africa anyways and the nurse practitioner is the sweetest lady ever but she’s limited on what she can do for you. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!! I’ve been here 3 years and am on my 4th time detoxing and had to quit my job now from being sick because they up and close without warning or cover their ppl.You’ll be going fine then show up FOR AN APPOINTMENT and see a note on the door.

My husband was a patient of his and he paid for a full month but dr only gave him 2 weeks of soboxone and was to see him again in 2 weeks. When my husband went back to his scheduled appointment the doctor was out of the country!!!!! He made no attempt to contact us or to have other arrangements done. Office staff told my husband that he could go to er untill Dr came back. DON'T GO HERE. We are out 200 and had to go to another doctor. He is a scam and should loose his license

both doctor and staff are very helpful.

UNLESS YOU ARE AN ADDICT THERE IS REALLY NO REASON TO WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

This office is horrible- Dr Banner pays little or know attention to his patients. This place should be shut down. You can wait up to 5 hours to even see him and he gives you about 5 min or less

This is a dangerous Dr. who should be investigated for insurance irregularities and over prescribing oxy. Has been asked to move from his present location because of the drug addicts in the parking lot. Stay away

You wait FOREVER (you'll be there 3+ hours, so you better have a lot of leave time saved up if you are in the minority of patients who see him that actually has a job!) and he won't care at all, at all. Need to get to work? No mercy. Need to pick your child up because the after school program closes at 6:00 & since your appt was at 2:30 you didn't think you'd need someone else to do it? Too bad. Then, he'll make a snap judgment about you the second he meets you and that's what he'll go on from then on. For your sake, don't be irritated that you've been waiting so long, and don'tvyou dare be one of those informed patients who knows/wants to know about the choices regarding their health. This will not be received well by the all. Don't ask any questions- ANY- just accept the tests and medication changes without any explanation. What do you know about the condition you've been living with for 20 years? He is a DOCTOR. He knows better, and you don't need to know.
