Dr. Philip John Ruzbarsky, MD

Ive been a patient of Dr. R's for about 13 years and have enjoyed it until recently because of his nurse ruthie. Unfortunately he lets her rule the roost and she is nasty, condescending, and just a horrible person to have to deal with. A true C U Next Tuesday. I've been putting off changing providers b/c Dr R has helped me through a lot and is super knowledgeable and fun to interact with. Super sad.

I see one of his PA's and both of them are great and have a wonderful bedside manner. On the other hand I called the after hours number and Dr. R called me back with a horrible attitude. Doesn't matter if what I thought couldn't wait til the next day. He spoke to me worse then my parents ever did. I would never ever speak to a patient like that. Shame on him. I will not go back and that sucks because I do like the PA that I see and have been going for several years. Oh well there are docs that will be happy to have me as ap patient. Ladies beware he said to me he tells it like it is. Very rude. He own staff even said that is how he is. Maybe he needs a vacation or needs to retire.

my family and I have been going the airpark for years. the doctors and staff our outstanding. we couldn't get better care than what we receive there.. not only do they treat your ailments but they get to know you as a person, not just a number. I would recommend the care to everyone. in fact I do.

Everything was on time and went smoothly.

4 members see's him for over 9 years one family member a few years longer.He is a very well educated physician many areas.He treats his patients not like a just a number or cattle.Very informing if you have a conditions and do not know what to expect. Dr.Ruzbarsky take time to research issues and will not hesitate to call on other specialist to get the right answers or follow up done.We had many health crisis and he was there every step of the way.We are thankful to have him as our doctor.We called on him from allergies to cancer.If you are looking for a doctor to sugur coat things a bleed your insurance and not solve your health complains he will not be right for you.He means business and your health is his consern.Very determand to get answers and get you well.He is straight forward with a dash of humor.If you have concerns about health issues he will take time to explain in detail what needs to be done or next step.Don't be affaid to ask questions he is happy to answer them.We are… most happy with him and the service he provides as our physician.

I have been a Patient even prior to the break up of his partnership. While not always happy with the time, but at what doctors office do things go on schedule. Frankly I would be upset if they did as that would mean he is shoring someone in the level of care they deserve and what i have come to expect at this practice. Phil, will discuss in depth whatever medically is of concern, if you give him the information. I am extremely satisfied with him as a Physician.

Dr. Ruzbarsky obviously became a doctor for all the right reasons. He takes time with his patients (which is probably what accounts for the wait times you sometimes experience). He also gives back to the community far more than any other physician I know of. Not the "Doctors Without Borders" jaunts (though that is indeed a worthy cause) but locally, right here in Westminster. My only complaint is some of his office staff; I get the impression they've been there a long time and are no longer enjoying their work -- and it shows. He deserves better.

Dr. Ruzbarsky is good however the office staff makes any type of visit or phone call absolutely miserable. Elaine in the office has been there the longest and is very unfriendly. She sets the tone for the rest of the office because they all act like her and as if the patient is inconviencing them at any given time. Their attitude conveys that they are extremely miserable with their lives. Even when I have been really friendly to them, the response is as if I am speaking to a cold robot. Looking for a new physician because of this reason. Unfortunate for Dr. Ruzbarsky because he is actually a pretty good Doctor although I do agree with the other post of the God complex. Although this is pretty common with most Drs...especially male Drs. Just sick of all the hassle just to see my Dr. Such a pain to deal with.

I have been going to this doctors for a few years and now wonder why I have waited so long to switch. I have serious health problems that he will not take seriously or send me for tests for. I dont like his attitude, he has a God complex. I am leaving never to return.
