I pride myself on being honest and listening to the patient. Too often physicians do not listen to their patients. I strive every day to be a better listener and physician. The visit started on time, the assistant and Dr To were thorough in the assessment of my condition. Dr To spent considerable amount of time describing the options and recommended not to proceed with surgery at this time. As usual, he was friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend Dr To to anyone with a hand problem

Dr. To, has a great, positive demeanor and is very thorough with his explanations of the details of my upcoming procedure. He gave me several options to consider over the next couple of months.

After checking in, it was probably only a few minutes until someone made the announcement that Dr. To was running about 30 minutes behind. I thought that was extremely courteous to let people know. Shortly after that, I was called back to a room and was given the choice of seeing Dr. toes PA or waiting to see him. It was explained it would be a longer wait if I waited for him, and I told the lady I was fine seeing the PA. The PA, Taylor, came in very quickly and did a nice job getting the information for me. I think I actually was all done and out of the office sooner than I feel I would have normally finished.

Super knowledgeable and helpful, made sure I understood treatment and asked if I had any questions. Nice guy too. Glad to have a good hand doc in AZ as I left my last hand doc behind in WA.

I felt rushed, he didn’t review my X-ray with me, suggested I google the surgical procedure to better understand it. Nice young man just had more important things to do.
