Horrible

I was at the clinic on the day of my appointment only to be informed that the Doctor cancelled last minute.

Impossible to get a hold of. We have been trying to contact Philip for more than 2 weeks he doesn't ever call back. We have left messages with the nurse and neurologist on call several times. Didn't even call back after a trip to emergency room. It shows how much he really cares about his patients. I would not recommend.

Wow...just had my first appt. with Dr. Tseng. I can't praise him enough. I was diagnosed with Epilepsy 41 years ago, and have been to many neurologists. I can tell you that Dr. Tseng far outshines anyone I've seen in every way that matters to a patient. He really listened to me with respect. I felt completely comfortable with him as a person as well as totally confident with his knowledge as a specialist. I didn't feel rushed at all. I left his office feeling like I said everything I wanted/needed to say, never felt that with any other neurologist.
