Dr. Philip G Woodham, MD

This doctor, despite his overt "preppy" appearance, is very much a STREET urchin with many racial axes to grind. Once he becomes comfortable with the patient, particularly if you (like him) happen to be a Person of Color (Latino or Black), he uses vulgarity when in disgust with his fellow physicians whom he reluctantly has to interact with on your matter. This is especially true if the "other" physicians are either Jewish or Asian. He "hate(s) them," as he revealed to me during one office visit. I recommend that, if civility and more than a cursory, superficial approach to your medical problem is what your ideal PCP is, avoid this guy if possible. VERY PRETENTIOUS.

Dr. Woodham and his staff are all I could have hoped for in a medical practitioner. This was my first time seeing him and I felt comfortable and confident to chose him to be my primary care physician. He provided the absolute best care, and I believe, best advice and treatment during my visit. If you are looking for a doctor whose medical knowledge is encyclopedic, treats the whole person, and takes the time to be caring even while maintaing a very efficient office, then Dr. Woodham is someone you should consider visiting.

Unprofessional and disrespectful staff. The doctor is arrogant and with no respect for his patients.

Dr. Woodham was well versed and spent a lot of time during my initial visit. Subsequent visits, not so much! He seems preoccupied, yet you realize he is multi-tasking as he does respond to something you said earlier in the conversation, eventually. I personally don't need someone to hold my hand. Give me an accurate diagnosis, med or plan of action and send me on my way!

Dr. Woodham has the worse bedside manner. He is too controlling and has difficulty communicating with other doctors as well. He was my mother's doctor and he treated us so unfairly. He is not compassionate especially to the elderly. He lacks quality a doctor should possess. I would not recommend anyone to Woodham. I pray he changes or he is forced to change his profession!!!

Not experienced enough in dealing with the care of existing conditions. Abrasive. bedside manner is apathetic. extremely long wait time after making an appointment.
