Doctor is okay but the staff, receptionist is hard to understand and supper rude. I had really hard time to get my request reference to go to my specialist Dr. They made I have to pay my visit copay it just only to see Dr. Phan for a request reference from my IPA Medical GROUP . What a rip off and where is the Passion . I just had the worst experience with her staff .I changed my PCP won't come back there any more. I would not recommend this Doctor and her staff for anyone .

Doctor is okay at best. The staff, receptionist is hard to understand and rude. No wonder Blue Cross dropped her.

Dr Phan takes time to listen and I find her a very caring Dr. and at the same time direct and honest in her opinion. The negative aspect of being a patient is the wait time, usually half hour wait.

Very happy with my physician, she spends a lot of time with me when I visit.

Dr. Phuong Chi Phan is irresponsible, lack of professionalism and no time management. I was told to come in 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork so I did. I was the 1st person to check in and found out she was not even in the office. I waited for 1 hr 30 mins and took off cause I have to go back to work. When I took off she was not even there and there were also 10 people waiting for her. Itâ??s totally wasted my time. The office is really dirty and old. Please DO NOT go to her or else you will regret.

I probably should have listened to all the reviews posted online, but I tend to prefer to give someone a chance myself first. Here are some of the issues I had: *I complained about chest pain and breathing difficulty. She neither listened to my heart nor my lungs. She barely made eye contact. *She was extremely brief and didn't listen too intently to my descriptions of what was wrong. I would have to chase her down the hall to keep telling her more. Expect her to remain in the room for approximately 2-4 minutes. *My insurance was "pending." Finding this out at the office, they told me I would have to pay out of pocket. I did not object. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough cash in my wallet; they would not accept credit cards. My appointment was at that moment, but they insisted that I go to a bank and get cash first. They didn't trust me to come back after my appointment, even though I had seen the doctor multiple times (more than a year) and she was assigned by my… insurance. There was no real concern for my immediate health, only a concern if I had enough cash on me. *I understand how irritating and irresponsible some patients can be. I understand how difficult insurance companies can be. However, I really do hope that she either finds some passion for her work or something else she enjoys more.

I came in very sick with a flu or virus of some kind. I had called Dr. Phan's office the week before to see if they could prescribe an antibiotic and she did, however it did not work. She never even asked me to come in to make sure what I had. I ended up in the hospital and they told me I had a virus, I was given an IV for dehydration and a strong shot of tylenol. I was still not better 3 days later so I went to Dr. Phan. I waited 2 hrs. I was so sick I could hardly function. She came in I asked her for a shot of penecillin or something, she said we don't give shots. I couldn't believe itZ I yelled at her to give me something! I've been waiting 2 hrs. She said well you should have gone to the hospital. I said I already did and I'm still not better. She was so rude and disrespectful. I think she is very unsanitary, she did not wash her hand before or after she left the room.

i will not suggest this doctor for anyone

On my first visited to Dr. Phan, Phuong chi. I had been wating 2 hours, by the time seeing this Dr. I had question regarding about my medical conditions, she said she does not know which looked unprofessional. I changed my PCP after that visited won't come back there any more. Bad PCP
