Dr. Phyllis Louise Carr, MD

Dr. Carr is one of the worst doctors I have encountered. She is robotic, uncaring and borderline rude. Worse thing, I cant even change my PCP at the primary care office. I meet her once a year for my annual and even that one visit is an ordeal

I have never seen a doctor who could care less about a patient. I might as well have seen a veterinarian.l

Dr. Carr does not follow up on critical medical issues and should not practice medicine This is not a caring person. I became very ill bus to her lack of oversized.

Wordy foctor. She is Nasty and rude. The hag needs to retire.

She is the worst doctor i've ever seen. She cannot be trusted because she will not follow the patient history. She hardly spends time with the patient, she keeps going out and when she comes back doesn't remember what she discussed with them. your queries won't be answered for sure. She is disoriented and forgetful and also rude. No communication with the staff/nurse.
