They are not reliable and especially when it come for them to release records in a timely manner. They are not answering there phone either.

Can not get the office to answer the phone since this morning; I also called the 800 number for an appointment and they gave me the same office number. Huge waist of time. How can the Dr make business with a structure that does not support him or represent him well. He might be a great Dr; but his support system is very poor.

My dad has been following with Dr. Edouard for the past five years and is very happy with his practice. I, myself experienced the outstanding courtesy of his staff. My entire family is very grateful for his service.

His staff is horrible, horrible, horrible, they must be related to him, because he never gets rid of them, and he always wants you to come back every 3 months to get a prescription he knows you need. I'm trying to find another PCP that accepts my insurance

THE STAFF WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I COULD NOT BELIEVE THAT A DR WAS ALLOWED TO HOUSE SUCH UNFRIENDLY, UNCARING, AND UNSOPHISTICATED GROUP OF PEOPLE IN A PLACE THAT CALLS FOR ALL OF THE ABOVE. YOU WOULD ASSUME THAT AT LEAST THE DR WOULD BE KINDER AND PROFESSIONAL BUT AS WE ALL KNOW, PEOPLE HIRE PEOPLE THAT SUITE THEIR OWN CHARACTER. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, HEALTH AND MONEY ON SUCH A PLACE.
