I would give negative digit ratings if I could. The doctor is nice but he has a tendency to recommend all kinds of tests and not get back to you. The office is horrific - literally the worst interactions I have had - I have left voicemails, sent faxes and even sent registered letters. They are non responsive. But they are good at yelling at you and hanging up on you. Dr Semrani and his office staff have had an adverse effect on my family's health because they do not follow up on lab tests, prescription requests or appointment requests. They are just about taking your money and milking medicare, medicaid and your health insurace. I am filing a formal complaint against this office.

I've been under Dr. Semrani's care for the las 5 yrs. He's a Great doctor and my health is better than ever.

Dr Semrani was our doctor in Dallas for 3 years. We moved to Miami and we have good doctors but not with as much knowledge and caring as him. We are moving back to Dallas in 2019 and coming back to our doctor!! We miss his staff too. Luisa and Mike Hopper

Dr. Semrani is the best doctor I have seen. He took his time to listen to my problems and find a plan for my needs. Even after another patient was rude to his office staff they continued to be kind and helpful. Dr. Semrani takes his time with each person and he wants nothing more than to help each person. I love his staff and this office is highly recommend!

This man is so old school he oes nto even knwo any of hte new procedures or medicines invented in the last decade. Brokwn down ofice and old dirty exam rooms and equipment. I saw spiders that have been there a LONG time and ants in the exam room and on supposed steriel equipment. The staff is rude and IMO incompetent

This was a pretty cool doctor's office. The nurses are so nice and personable. Dr. Semrani was great, understanding, and explained things very well. I would recommend anyone who has issues to go to them!

For a physician this doc needs to lose some weight and be in better health himself. He is very old school and does not seem to keep up with the many advances in medicine or diagnosis. Old sate office and staff which seems they have been there way too long. If you are looking for some to weight you and that's all then a good doc to see.
