Office Staff terrible, Dr. was fine . Dr. Tantchou is smart, funny, kind, but the office lady, Ashley, never answered the phone. It always went to voice mail. I would have to drive to Springdale from Fayetteville to ask to get my prescriptions filled. It wasn't as if the office was so busy. Dr. Tantchou is just getting started in her practice, so once the phone was answered; and I got an appt. there was very little wait. Dr. Tantchou seemed unaware of her office problems. Once when I drove there to get a prescription refilled after my pharmacist told me no one was responding to their fax and no one was answering the phone, I found the nurse and Ashley chatting. I complained to Ashley and the nurse and asked the name of the office supervisor, Becky Wilson. When I called Ms. Wilson, she made me feel if something was wrong with me rather than trying to solve the office problem. This difficulty went on for several months, until I have now switched dr.s. It is a shame ; Dr. Tantchou is… a good dr. and I liked her very much.
