Dr. Polina Rachel Kagan, MD

Hazlekorn billed me for a service then decided I should see Kagan who repeaded the same service. KNOWING I just rec'd it. Guess who is stuck with the bill because my insurance wouldn't pay it. A top of Kagans horrible bedside manner, she was assumptious, and rude. I wouldn't suggest her, especially if your a first time mother.

Most horrible experience, all she cares about and how she will make money.

She is awful. I miscarried and my 12 week she had zero compassion I guess she sees it often. The day of the DNC I waited for 12 hours because I was not a priority her words.

Terrible Doctor! Horrible bed side manner and all she seems to care is how to make money! Do yourself a favor and do not go to her.

Dr.kagan delivered my first child! I had an extremely difficult pregnancy and she was very supportive and encouraging the entire time! She is extremely professional and knowledgable in her field! I highly recommend her and her staff!

The office staff is horribly unprofessional and rude. Between booking appointments for the wrong time-arguing with patients right in front of everyone, and failing to confirm appointments I'd have to say the staff makes you not want to even see the doctors. I'm in the waiting room now and they have made my visit and the visit of others completely uncomfortable. The women with the full sleeve tattoo misbooked someone and then her and the other secretary had the nerve to yell at the patient and charge her for their error!

The receptionist told me my appointment was at 4pm and when I got the office Dr. Kagan who was at the front desk told me I was a hour late with an attitude. I told her I was told 4pm. She continued to have a an attitude and was acting like I wasnt there. She is a nasty and miserable woman. Very unprofessional and no customer service skills. Im happy she showed her true colors cause I wouldnt want her to have my money. I will never go back there!!!!!

Very poor bedside manner, very dismissive of concerns, very focused on money and not you as a patient. Misdiagnosed me and caused me a lot of stress. I wish I had never gone to her. Horrible delayed follow-ups, bad office staff that is always having a "bad day", long wait times, very unsanitary.

I have been with Dr. Kagan since 2008. I was pregnant and had a miscarriage. She was unavailable to do the D&C but when I got to the hospital she came into the preop room all ready for surgery. She had revised her plans to do my surgery and not leave me to another doctor. Only recently had I been in the hospital and came to her - she said I had endomitriosis and had to do surgery. She is a great doctor and explains everything. She tells you like it is and does not sugar coat it but is kind when giving you bad news. She takes time to answer questions that I have and does not rush me. She is caring but direct and very knowledgable. Dr. Kagan is an excellent doctor along with her partner in the office Dr. Haselkorn as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. I've never had an problem getting an appointment when having an emergency - it may be a wait but they take me right away. Wonderful people and caring. Always call me after surgery to follow up as well.

I have had a lot of weird complications and Dr. Kagan was helpful and with me all of the way. She always took time to talk to me and to address the concerns of my family. My daughters are now her patients and she delivered my grandson. We trust her implicitly.
