Dr. Poonaminder Kaur, MD

Dr. Kaur really understood my needs She was very considerate and helpful too! Staff was awesome too!

I want to help others by providing genuine insight about Dr. Poonaminder Kaur MD. I have been seeing Poonaminder for almost three years now and wish I would have been seen by a different Physician. I stayed because I liked her nurse she was really good and she took the time to listen to my concerns, and health problems. Now, even that nurse has left Dr. Poonaminder Kaur’s practice. Now it is time for me to find a different doctor. Poonaminder is very insensitive Doctor, I thought that one wanted to be a doctor because they care for people and want to help them. Not with Poonaminder she is unreceptive when it comes to helping her patients or knows what her patient health needs are. Poonaminder doesn’t even explains conditions or treatments, or even take the time to answer ones questions.

Dr. Kaur is a terrible doctor that never makes a decision concerning her patient's healthcare. She refers you out for everything and after three years of care still does not know her patient needs. Dr. Kaur provides medical care through constantly wanting you to come to doctor visits that wastes your time and money. Her care is non existent. She spends more time playing games and developing ways to get out of making a medical decision. If her medical practice is going to be based on non-existent care, then she should RETIRE.

I am grateful for the personal care and quick response given from Dr. Kaur. Truly feel she has my back!!

I have seen Dr. Kaur 3 times. Each time expecting a better outcome. I have high cholesterol, and she suggested I do the keto diet to lose weight. She only cares to put her younger patients on birth control, despite personal or religious beliefs, and refuses to do anything helpful to resolve continuous weight gain, in which the birth control she puts you on does nothing to help, but will end up making it worse. She completely ignores any of my concerns unless they are for birth control purposes. If you are a younger patient looking for a new gp, I would not suggest Dr. Kaur. I will not be wasting anymore time with a physician who ignores my primary concerns and pushes her personal opinion above my own needs.
