Been with this practice since Lakewood ave 1977. Seeing Dr. Shah since 99-2000 She takes the necessary time even if a waiting patient must wait awhile. Take a chill pill and wait if she is with a sick patient and needs more time. Doctors are human also, long hours and some patients hard to deal with.

Dr. Shah is the BEST doctor I have ever had. She truly cares about her patients. She listens to all your health concerns no matter how big or small and she explains your diagnosis and treatment in much detail so you will never be wondering what is going on with your health. Dr. Shah is a rare gem. Her knowledge and bedside manner exemplifies what all doctors should be.

It's true that there is sometimes a long wait at this office, but when you see how much time Dr. Shah spends with YOU when you are the patient, you understand why. She doesn't try to race through an appointment to get you out without thoroughly addressing your needs. She is very intuitive in uncovering medical issues that you don't realize are an issue for you - she digs deeper and does not just accept casual responses to her questions. For example, she suspected that I had sleep apnea (which I dismissed as a possibility), and as a result of her insistence on testing, it turned out that I had severe obstructive sleep apnea!! She is very efficient in taking care of renewals on prescriptions. I think I've been with Dr. Shah for about 10 years and I have NO complaints. I highly recommend her.

I always feel as if she is paying the proper attention to me and my needs...she does not try to pass off free samples on me and I trust her opinions to be ginuine

I have found that the wait time for Dr. Shah can be long (I have waited up to an hour), but once she is in the exam room she is warm, competent and thorough. I live 40 minutes away, but stay with the practice because I trust Dr. Shah.
