Dr. Prabhakar Krishna Shetty, MD

Dr. Shetty is the best eye Dr. that I ever had. He is kind and listens to you and he takes his time to make sure your eye exam is done thorough and done right. He has a great bedside manner. The whole staff is friendly and they all have a great sense of humour as well as getting you in and out with a smile.

Trying to get eye drops approved has been a challenge. I don't know if it's the staff or the doctor who doesn't follow up, but I'm a month out of my appt. and still do not have my prescription filled. The insurance asked for more info from the MD, I had to call and badger them. The office called to tell me I would be getting a prescription. A week later, still waiting, called them & was told it was "in my chart waiting to be sent." I called the pharmacy & am told he prescribed another drop that needs authorization! This after first one was DENIED and alternates were NAMED in the denial, he still did not prescribe either of these!
