I just signed with Dr. Gogineni as my concierge doctor. He immediately made me fell very comfortable and we established a rapport very quickly. He completely took charge of all of my health issues and made me feel confident we will make a good team. I am in good hands.

This doctor is totally unprofessional. Appointment was rushed to a no more than 3 minute virtual visit after waiting for him to connect for more than 2 hours the scheduled time. He was more concerned about his time than me as a patient and did not listen while I was explaining my conditions as he was typing on his computer all the time which led to a wrong diagnosis plus never followed up as he said he would. I made sure he was in-network before calling for the appointment and his office said they charged $0 for first virtual visit plus it was supposed to be free as my insurance said on their site when I logged into my account. Also, I only had one virtual waste of my time with him, not 2 or more. This is so wrong and unfair. I'm not paying $521 for 3 minute of his time.
