RUN DO NOT WALK - The worst endo -could not understand her accent and was given directive by my practitioner (their office has no dr) to get my refills for supplies from her and she was willing to do so without having met me????Scary!!

20+ year Type 1 and this is possibly the worst endo I've ever been to. When my insurance wanted to change fundamental supplies and force me to use Novalog (have been on Humalog since I was 12) and strips that did not go with my pump, her clinic charged me additional money to file a prior authorization form to attempt to continue on my preferred medicines. My insurance company never received the prior auth or updated prescriptions from her office and through the course of going back and forth between the two I paid for nearly 12 months of supplies out of pocket. The issue was never resolved and I eventually decided to switch doctors (new doctor had me back on Humalog and the correct strips in the first visit.) She has a cold bedside manner and does not seem to care about patient welfare, only what's convenient to her and her office. I broke a bottle of insulin and called her office only for her to tell me to go to WalMart and use their brand that I had no experience with in my pump. I… could truly go on- just RUN from this clinic. The ONLY nice thing about this office are the nurses, period. They seem to care about the people they're working with and talk to them like human beings but it's just not enough to continue to have to see her. My A1c has dropped from over an 8 (my last appointment with her) to a 6.1 at my new clinic. Truly a joke of a doctor.

Was not comfortable with this doctor at all. She apparently could not remember what she had told me on previous visits. Her staff doesn’t even have good manners, much less office professionalism. They totally ignore you when you arrive and it goes down hill from there. When I spoke with the doctor about her staff, she didn’t seem to care. Her office looked like the lower end of a Motel 6. No more, thank you!

DO NOT go here. I want to start off by saying that this was the worst doctor experience I have ever had. My family doctor found a mass on my thyroid during a routine visit. I was referred to Tondapu by my primary care. ( I have alerted him so that he hopefully won’t make that mistake again). I had concerns as soon as I arrived at my appointment simply because her staff appeared to be very young and unprofessional. Simply put, I didn’t feel at ease that I would be taken care of. My instincts were right. After the mass on my thyroid was biopsied (not a pleasant experience and certainly not one you would ever want to repeat) she scheduled a follow up appt for 2 and a half weeks later to go over the results of my biopsy. I drove 35 minutes, waited in the exam room for 45 minutes only to have Dr. Tondapu enter the room and announce, “we forgot to send the tissue sample therefore I have no results for you, we will send it right away”. If you have ever had to wait for the results of a… biopsy you know that I was devastated. Another two weeks to worry. As my consolation prize for her total fail, I was told by Dr. Tondapu that I wouldn’t have to come back to her office, that she would call me with my results. This scenario would have been fine had the result been benign. Not the case, I was at home alone when she called with the troubling news that the results of my biopsy were “suspicious” and her recommendation was removal of my thyroid. Pretty scary news to get when you are alone and totally unprepared. I asked for a hard copy of my results. Another fiasco. Her portal wasn’t working and after multiple failed attempts she had to message it to me. It begs the question “what kind of operation are you running”??? Finally got the copy of my results and the lab has marked my “long suffering” tissue sample that has sat in her office for three weeks as “sample received outside recommended storage and shipping conditions”. This made it clear for me that I would need to undergo another painful biopsy. I am not comfortable having major surgery based on a mishandled sample. I am obviously now under the care of a competent physician. There are many fine doctors out there. Chose one of them.

This dr has terrible back office/receptionist employees who don't do their job and apparently she doesn't care. It would take too much space to describe to you here what happened. I wasted so much valuable time and got even sicker due to medication she prescribed and didn't follow up with me on. I had to try to follow up and that didn't even work. I went back on my old meds. Very sad in this type of business where customer service sells your work. A doctor works so hard to build their business only to be sabatoged by the front desk receptionist who could obviously care less about the success or failure of the doctors they work under. I was waiting for labs for 3 wks and finally called her to get results and she said they hadn't received the labs. I said, well I have them (quest sends them to me) and they wouldn't even offer to make an apt to discuss. Will never see her again.

I was told they will call me for the lab result after 3-5 days. called up clinic 7th, 14th and results not in. called after a month and clinic said no results. It is frustrating!

Real dud! MCNT double bills your medical & uses ALL available funds available. Dr Tondapu does not listen to your requests in my case she prescribed medicine that was recalled yet billed for the visit. That is NO CARE. You are Just a Bill to MCNT and this doctor! I would give no stars - that was not an option.

Dr. Tondapu's nurse is awesome. Very personable, energetic and actually cares. Dr. Tondapu on the other hand is opposite. she speaks in medical terms which I don't understand. She has no personality, and seems like she's there to do a job and leave. She doesn't seem to care much. She briefly explains what I was diagnosed with and moves on. When she ask questions, I didn't realize it because she's pretty monotone. Probably would never refer any of my friends or family to her.
