Dr. Prem Chand Goel, MD

The wait time is more than 2, sometimes 3 hours....Bathroom door does not closee tight so waiting room patients can look right in..does NOT understand computer....Patients then wait long time before seeing doctor....should be a ZERO rating which is what he deserves

My health insurance assigned Dr. Goel to me as my PCP, therefore, I decided to try him out. I got there an hour early to fill out paperwork. I waited over one hour & a half (after my scheduled appointment time) before I walked out without seeing the Doctor. The staff was nice & I exchanged pleasantries with the Dr. & he seemed very nice as well. However, I observed a few things to my dislike. First, it seemed like most of his patients are Cardiovascular patients. The office is so small, you have no privacy (only bathroom for urine samples is in front of waiting area & there are no hooks to hang up your belongings or paper towels to try handing in your sample discreetly). Lastly, when I was called in to see the doctor, I was put in an unused office to wait, yet again. While waiting there, across in the other office, the Dr. was speaking with another patient in the office & didn't close the door. Exposing me to her/husband medical info, luckily I had in my headphones. Then another… patient was asked to wait in the office with me & when she was called into the Dr.'s office first, I went the other direction & walked out. Therefore, Dr. Goel, was not the Internal Medicine PCP for me.

this doctor is never on time, does not listen, and prescribes wrongs meds or takes his time to prescribe, new system electronic worse takes 10 days now to get meds. staff is rude and full lies, i have presonally caught them in lies. i recommend avoid this doctor, there are better doctors who will listen and their staff will help you.

Worst doctor ever!!!

Dr. Goel has been caring for my mother for many years. The respect he shows her, (and the family)the knowledge he has, the immediacy and accuracy of his diagnosis is amazing. He knows each detail of her care as well as her life, aspects that may contribute to her health. (as opposed to my doctor who has to review notes each and every time I go to see what I am) I sleep better knowing my mother is in his care. He is the kind of doctor we all wish we had.

Doctor has consistently delivered, for 14+ years, high quality medical care which leaves the patient well- informed and satisfied. Patient is encouraged to maintain a proactive role in the management of their medical care. High regards and recommendations are rendered.
